When applicable. some smaller smokers don't use two grates, or two thermometers. Not all designs come with an insulated firebox.
This is a 95 Gallon 3/8" Thick Beast!
Currently this build features 6"x 2" heavy-duty casters rated for 4000 lbs, It is not insulated, and includes a cowboy grill on top of the firebox.

OPTIONS : If interested you can add the off-road package for an addition *$1000. ($5,500 total).
**this additional $1000 includes standard wheels and tires. If you wish to upgrade the style and size, the price will reflect those upgrades.

This is where you store the grate you aren't using, you would place your coals on this plate while cooking with the plate of your choice on top.

The firebox has a 1/4" thick inner pipe, followed by 3" ( three inches) of ceramic insulation, and an outer octagon box that is also 1/4" thick! Talk about overkill!

My Background in Fabrication
In 2001, I started fabricating my first custom chopper, and shortly after that I made a second one. I've been fabricating trailers, motorcycles, and anything made from metal. In 2008 I started working for oil and gas as a NDT Technician. I traveled all over the world, but after 12 years I decided I was done being away from my home and family. Since then, I started making smokers. I don't advertise much; I just build and list. I build all of these alone.
